NOTICE TO DEALERS ON CANADIAN TARIFF ON U.S. GOODS :

 Dear Canadian Luwa Dealers - The global interactions involving tariffs have caused a significant turbulence to manage regarding products, pricing, and profitability for our industry.

 For the month of March, Luwa worked with our vendors to cover 2/3 of the cost of the 25% tariff on Appliances and grills coming into Canada.

Working to find the least damaging solution, we have come to realize that we are not able to control any of these realities and must pass on the current tariffs being levied. 

 Effective Monday, March 31, 2025, Luwa will be passing through the 25% Canadian tariff for all new orders of Hestan and Perlick products.  Given the option of raising prices to cover this new cost vs passing the tariff through, we are choosing the latter option with the hope that it is temporary.

 Our hope is that the U.S. and Canadian governments will come to a resolution that removes this new tariff from our business together soon.
