Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to current supply chain delays, certain products may be on backorder from the manufacturer. It is the customer responsibility to verify product is in-stock or on backorder prior to placing an order on Please contact our office by phone at 206-574-0770 or by email at

All small products and parts are shipped with either FedEx or USPS. All large appliance products are shipped through FedEx freight. It is important that you are prepared for a freight shipment, please see below on how our freight shipments are handled.

  • Most freight products are shipped on a pallet.
  • FedEx Lift Gate Service is included with all freight shipments.
  • FedEx freight delivers curbside only and will not delivery to any other location. It is the customer responsibility to transport the product to the intended location.
  • All freight shipments require a signature at the time of delivery.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping is available for all orders over $2,499.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at warehouse located at, 18-42nd St NW Auburn, WA 98001. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Friday 9-4pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order includes products from our Shop parts collection, there is a 25% restock fee for all returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
