LUWA should be very Proud of their Employee Sean. He came to our House on time, calling ahead, and diagnosed the issue with our Dish Washer. Their chief technician was very knowledgeable and quite familiar with the equipment and possible malfunctions. He took care of the issue and then adjusted all the settings to their factory recommended point. The fridge and freezer and now working well and I detected no further problems. I will certainly call again in case of other troubles with the Miele fridge.
