Summer Sizzlers - Chef Luis's Smoked Figs with Balsamic Vinegar & Ice Cream

Ingredients

 

  • 5 whole Fresh Figs
     

  • Balsamic Vinegar (always buy the best balsamic vinegar - we like Modena)
     

  • Vanilla Ice Cream
     

  • Fresh Mint

 

Preparation

 

Pre-Heat smoker

 

Place whole figs into the smoker and smoke until nice char forms on all sides

 

Remove and slice into bite size pieces

 

Serve with vanilla ice cream, diced mint, and drizzled Balsamic vinegar
